Is this program designed for AAA and Junior-bound athletes?

Yes. The Performance Program is built for post-puberty athletes competing at higher levels who need strength, power, and nervous system efficiency that transfers directly to on-ice performance.

How is this different from a generic strength program?

This is hockey-specific periodized development. Athletes don’t just lift heavier — they build maximal strength, then learn to express it through power and speed at the correct time in the year.

How many days per week will I train during the season?

Most athletes train 2–3 days per week in-season, with sessions designed to complement practices and games while managing fatigue and recovery. During the off-season, athletes will train 4 days per week.

Will this help me improve explosiveness and skating power?

Yes—but only after strength is built properly. The program introduces power and speed work strategically, so performance increases without breaking down the athlete.

What happens after I enroll?

After enrolling, athletes receive immediate access to the Performance Program inside the TrainHeroic app.

• Complete your purchase through Stripe

• Access your training plan, demo videos, and coaching notes

• Begin Phase 1 right away with a structured off-season or in-season entry point

This is coached, progressive development — not a generic workout template.

Is this program for goalies too?

Yes! The Performance Program is built for elite skaters and goaltenders. Goalies benefit from improved:

• Lower-body power and stability

• Hip and groin durability

• Core strength and rotational force

• Explosive movement and injury prevention through the season

Is this good preparation for Junior or collegiate hockey?

Absolutely. This program is designed for athletes entering high-performance levels where strength, power, and durability are non-negotiable. It builds the physical foundation that supports the next step in competitive hockey.
